Reservations are charged $20 (reservation fee is credited toward the rental total).
Reservations are held for 48 hours maximum; after 48 hours regular rental monthly billing begins for the storage reservation or the reservation will be cancelled.
Monthly rental charges are due at the time of rental; the total is prorated to the 1st of the month.

Security Deposit $90 due at the time of rental and are additional to the storage rental rate due at the time of move-in. Security Deposits are refunded at move-out when no trash is left and the is no balance due.
